Dearbhaítear leis an Ordú seo go bhfuil glactha ag na tíortha atá sonraithe i gCuid I den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Ordú leis an gCoinbhinsiún Idirnáisiúnta um Idirghabháil ar an Mórmhuir i gCás Taismí ó Ola-Thruailliú, 1969 agus go bhfuil an chríoch atá sonraithe i gCuid II den Sceideal faoi réim an Choinbhinsiúin sin.
This Order declares that the International Convention relating to Intervention on the High Seas in Cases of Oil Pollution Casualties, 1969 has been accepted by the countries specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to the Order and that the Convention extends to the territory specified in Part II of the Schedule.
